Autumn is my favorite time of year! Crisp cool mornings, yet the sun is bright and warms your face when it greets you. All things seem to slow down just a little bit and you’re given the opportunity to savor the moment. A hot beverage can soothe the soul, whether it’s coffee, tea, apple cider, or your favorite fall beverage. The scents of warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cardamom, and vanilla conjure up memories of comfort. It’s sweater weather here in the Pacific Northwest. Let’s breathe in all that sweet, warm, comforting energy and allow our hearts to connect as our bodies relax. I invite you to drop your shoulders, soften your belly and relax your face. Take in this moment! You deserve it.

I just love how the room has come together to support people and offer a safe and sacred place to relax, rest and release. It’s full of powerful vibrations which offer you the opportunity to tune into your heart and soul. As I call in the energies to support each individual soul and connect to their truth, I am able to listen to the guidance that best aligns with them in that moment. I now have options for types of service, length of service and remote sessions. I’d love to see you so we can connect eye to eye, and you can relax on the comfortable table, hear the music that was picked just for you, and smell the essential oils that transport you to a place out of time and space. Yet, I know and understand that sometimes life is busy and getting to come in isn’t always an option, so let’s meet energy to energy and allow your soul and allies to connect with mine, and you’ll still receive everything you need. I’ll lead you in meditation, connect with your heart, listen and feel into your vibration and profound shifts and relaxation are still available.
