This is the most comprehensive and holistic service I offer as it covers your body, mind, emotional and energetic self. The wisdom that is held in the body as well as in the heart will be encouraged to flow freely throughout your entire body. Opening up the soul’s energetic memory will add light and frequency to create flow so you are in harmony and balance. I’ll use all my gifts, modalities, and tools to custom-create the most aligned session for you. A few examples but not limited to include – Reiki, Toning, Crystals, Essential Oils for Anointing, Metaphysical Energy Clearing, and Akashic Record Wisdom and Healing. together.
Chakra Alignment Session
I’ll focus on the 7 major energy centers of the body. Each center holds energy to help your energy system support your mind and body. I’ll share about each center and give you a handout so you have the information to help digest the experience after you go home. It’s important that each center is active, spinning and connected to each other. If there are any blocks or weaknesses, I’ll remove them. I'll then activate and amplify your soul's energy so you feel more empowered, aware and clear.

Reiki Sessions + Training
Reiki is available to everyone and is the purest Universal Life Force energy that is offered to support and assist the recipient in healing the body, mind, and spirit. The Reiki practitioner lays hands on or hovers above the client's body. They act as a conduit, sending energy to the recipient. The energy flows where it is needed and can be felt as a warm sensation in the body. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful technique for relaxation, healing and spiritual development. There is no belief system or religion attached to Reiki.

Attunements (training) is done in three sessions - Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (Master) and Teacher training. These sessions are attuning your body and energy to open the channel of Reiki energy so you can support yourself as well as offer Reiki to others. Each Level builds upon the other. I'll open sacred space to create a container to hold the clearing and activating energies that most support you in being fully embodied. We'll access your soul's frequency and history to help identify patterns, blockages, and past trauma. I'll then work to clear and release these energetic vibrations so your life force can flow freely and you can feel more "at home" in your body.
